Alison Witherow
Ali is attending the University of Massachusetts Amherst studying Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences. She has been working at TDS since 2021. In January 2024, she became lead mentor.
Outside of work she enjoys playing sports, listening to music, and spending time with her friends.

Elias "Eli" Smith
Eli is attending DePaul University and has worked at TDS for 13 years.
Outside of school he likes to yoyo, play frisbee, and listen to music.

Louis Douville Beaudoin
Louis is attending Middlebury College in Vermont and joined TDS in the fall of 2021.
In his free time he enjoys hiking, biking, as well as playing and coaching Ultimate Frisbee!
"It is truly special to be a part of a community that brings out the best in each member through support and empowerment. TDS builds strong relationships through care and compassion and it's so fulfilling to be a part of that experience. Being a mentor has empowered me as an aspiring educator as well. I've learned so much and had so much fun working alongside skilled professionals, the other talented mentors and with every amazing mentee!"
Devon
Devon is attending Univerity of Massachusetts. He started working at TDS in the Winter of 2020.
He loves to go fishing, play outside with his brothers, and play soccer. He also loves watching TV with his family, especially "The Flash."
"My older brother has autism, so the opportunity to learn from caring, dedicated professionals who have experience in the field of speech pathology was too good to pass up. Also, I love working and having fun with kids of all ages."
Isabel
Isabel is studying Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences and Spanish at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Isabel joined TDS in the summer of 2025.
In her spare time, Isabel loves to run, listen to music (and go to concerts!), play soccer, and watch the English Premier League.

Everyone has created such a fun and welcoming community, which allows for amazing growth to take place for both the clients and for the TDS team! Our Wonderful Interns
Molly Cronin
Molly began her work at TDS in the summer of 2024. She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Fairfield University in the spring of 2024. She is beginning her Master’s Program in Speech Language Pathology in the fall of 2024 at UMass Amherst.
In her spare time, she loves to ski, hike, play basketball, watch movies, and travel!
“I look forward to working at TDS because it’s clearly an environment where everyone is having fun and supporting each other. It’s not just a place you come for therapy, it’s also a place where friendships are formed. You can also see an increase in confidence over time as growth occurs in speech skills. I feel like I have made such deep connections with everyone involved in this organization!”
Nina Blanche
Nina is a senior at UMass Amherst studying Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences. Nina is starting at TDS this fall as an intern.
In her free time, she enjoys crocheting, exercising, watching shows, and spending time with friends!

Grace Schultz
Grace is currently a junior at UMass Amherst majoring in Speech, Language, and Hearing sciences and minoring in education.
In her free time, she loves to go to yoga classes, spend time with family and friends, and travel!
