Alison Witherow
Ali is attending the University of Massachusetts Amherst studying Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences. She has been working at TDS since 2021. In January 2024, she became lead mentor.
Outside of work she enjoys playing sports, listening to music, and spending time with her friends.

Jenna Schilling
Jenna joined TDS in the Spring of 2026 as an intern and peer mentor. She is pursuing a dual degree in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences and Education at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. After graduation in 2027, she hopes to attend graduate school for Speech-Language Pathology.
In addition to TDS, she works as an assistant teacher at the University childcare center, helps coach a varsity field hockey team, and is researching early childhood literacy practices for her honors thesis.
Outside of work and school, you can find Jenna reading, exercising, baking, and spending time with family and friends.

Louis Douville Beaudoin
Louis is attending Middlebury College in Vermont and joined TDS in the fall of 2021.
In his free time he enjoys hiking, biking, as well as playing and coaching Ultimate Frisbee!

Leah Hughes
Leah is a Junior at UMass Amherst studying Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences and hopes to pursue a career as a pediatric SLP. Additionally, she is working towards a specialization in developmental disabilities and human services, as well as a minor in education. Leah is excited to become a part of the TDS team as an intern in the fall!
Aside from speech-language pathology, some of Leah’s interests include tennis, traveling, reading, and enjoying the outdoors! She also enjoys volunteering with children with visual impairments during her breaks from school.
“When I first learned about TDS, I immediately fell in love with their approach to speech therapy. It is clear that they cultivate a welcoming and fun environment for patients, families, and staff. I am so grateful and excited to be a part of the TDS community. I hope to gain meaningful experience, develop lasting relationships, and help patients and families reach their goals during my time here.”
Nora Weber
Nora graduated from Skidmore College in 2020 with a BA in Sociology. Nora has always been interested in communication and enjoys working with people. For the past five years, Nora has worked at a residential community for young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in New York. It was there that she realized that her path was pointing toward speech pathology. Nora recently moved back to Massachusetts and is working as a substitute teacher while taking classes in speech, language and hearing sciences in the hopes of becoming an SLP. Nora joined TDS in the spring of 2026.
Outside of work, Nora enjoys drawing and painting, being outdoors, and spending time with her friends and family.

Grace Schultz
Grace is currently a junior at UMass Amherst majoring in Speech, Language, and Hearing sciences and minoring in education.
In her free time, she loves to go to yoga classes, spend time with family and friends, and travel!
"This fall at TDS I am looking forward to gaining hands-on experience through the knowledgeable professionals within this practice. I am so excited to be working alongside such a strong team with an encouraging and welcoming environment. My goal is to make a meaningful impact during my time at TDS by demonstrating my passion for the field and willingness to learn!"
Ella Laramee
Ella joined TDS in the fall of 2026 as an intern. She is currently a junior undergraduate at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where she studies Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences. Ella is also pursuing her Developmental Disabilities and Human Services Certificate to further develop her knowledge and skills in working with and supporting individuals with disabilities. She is excited to gain meaningful experience at TDS, connect with the people she works with, and learn more about creating an inclusive and supportive environment. Ella looks forward to applying what she has learned in the classroom to real world experiences.
Outside of school, she enjoys hanging out with friends, exercising, and traveling.
